Shred Service Programs
We offer four types of programs for the retrieval of
your sensitive documents.
One Time Pickup
You let us know what kind of material you have to be shredded and we arranged to securely retrieve it and shred it then mail you a certificate of destruction.
On Call Basis
You call us to let us know your containers are almost full then a pickup is arranged to retrieve your containers. The material is then securely destroyed and
you receive a certificate of destruction.
Regular Service
After a trial period to establish your use pattern, a regular pickup schedule is then established for your location or locations. One of your professionally staffed
trucks will pick your materials regularly eliminating the need for you to call in each time. The material is then securely destroyed and you receive
a certificate of destruction in the mail.
Self Drop-off
You may choose to delivery your recyclable materials to our plant in Hayward. The material is then destroyed securely and you receive
a certificate of destruction.

The Paper Pickup Process
Shred Procedures
1) Your documents or electronic media can either be delivered to our facility or be picked up in our enclosed trucks by our drivers.
2) Upon delivery to our plant in Hayward, the locked truck containing your confidential, and other recyclable materials, is unloaded strait to our shredder in our secure gated facility containing advanced alarm and 9 camera recording system. All employees are background checked and wear identification cards.
3) The material is then forwarded to our industrial, high speed, high volume shredder where it is shredded.
4) The shredded material is then mixed with thousands of pounds of shredded paper from other sources, baled, and securely shipped directly to a local mill for pulping and recycling.
5) For each pickup of confidential material we process, a certificate of destruction is issued that guarantees the destruction and confidentiality of your documents.

Shred Security
Northern California Paper Recyclers, Inc. has one of
the largest secondary paper processing plants in the
State of California.
We have been under the scrutiny and walkthroughs of our destruction process from various departments from the U.S. Federal Government, State of California, and Bay Area County Services, as well as Hospitals and various Legal Institutions. We have been in the business for years; we are the professionals to choose.
We are a fully liability insured company and also carry additional insurance to cover the handling of confidential material in regards to compliancy of HIPPA, (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996) as well as GLBA. (Gramm-Leach-Baily Acct of 1999)
Employees are only allowed to enter and exit the secured building from the front entrance to start and end their workday and must wear security badges at all times.
The material destruction process and employees are constantly monitored by floor supervisors and managers and supervisors monitor them as they check in and out each work period.
Our facility contains a 9 camera video recording system that is constantly monitored.
The yard of our plant is enclosed by chain link fence topped with barbed wire. All of our metal rolling doors are securely locked by a prearranged time each work day until we complete shredding for the night.
All employees are monitored as they leave the building then a final walk through of the plant is completed by supervisors or managers. The building entrances are then secured and the security system is set. We use maximum security procedures to ensure that any materials in our plant are completely secured.
